This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for the services offered on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any transaction.

General Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted within the specific time frame applicable to the service.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment source (e.g., bank account, UPI, wallet).
- The convenience fee, service fee, or any transaction charges collected by PaymentKendra at the time of the transaction are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
- In the case of failed transactions due to technical errors, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 72 working hours after internal verification
- Successful transactions are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Mobile Recharge, DTH, FASTag, and Bill Payments
- These services are processed in real time and cannot be canceled once initiated.
- Refunds will only be issued if the transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the user’s account.
- Users must report such issues with full transaction details.
- Verified cases will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds are applicable in case of incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number, consumer ID, vehicle number, etc.).

Wallet/Payment Source Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if the transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the user’s account.
- In case of wallet payments, the amount will be reversed to the same wallet account used for the transaction.
- No refunds are applicable in case of incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number, consumer ID, vehicle number, etc.).

Dispute Resolution
To raise a refund or cancellation request, please share the following details with our support team:
- Transaction ID
- Service used
- Date of transaction
- Payment method
- Clear description of the issue
We aim to resolve all valid refund or cancellation requests within 5–7 working days.
